for the development and achievement of the primary purposes of the same, complying with the "Articles of Association" and the resolutions of the "Corporate Bodies", as well as to pay the shareholding fee of € 30.00 per year, I declare that I have taken note of the Articles of Association (and of any Regulation) and to accept them in full.
This application is also valid for subsequent annual renewals, the validity of which will be attested by the payment receipt (the application will lapse if any changes to the "Articles of Association" become necessary).

.1) to be in possession of medical certification for the suitability of non-competitive sporting activity;
.2) to be in a suitable psychophysical condition for the activity;
.3) not to have taken and not to take in the 48 hours preceding the activity narcotic and / or psychotropic substances, not to be under the influence of drugs, not to have exceeded the consumption of alcoholic beverages and food;
.4) to be aware of the foreseeable and unforeseeable risks associated with the practice of the activity even though it cannot be considered as potentially dangerous;
.5) to assume from now on any and all responsibility regarding my person for personal damage and / or damage caused to others (and / or things) due to my behavior that does not comply with the rules;
.6) for me, as well as for my heirs and / or successors in title, to raise the a.s.d. "Kite Life FVG", its collaborators and / or employees, as well as their heirs and / or assignees from any liability for injury, death and / or any damage (including caused by third parties), should arise to my person on the occasion and to cause of the activity carried out at the Association;
.7) to have carefully read and evaluated the contents of this document and to have clearly understood the meaning of each single point before signing it. I fully understand and agree with the aims of these rules established for my safety and that not respecting them can put both me and my teammates in a dangerous situation.
